We’ve opened our immigration services to individuals, allowing anyone to access visa support on Deel’s platform—whether you’re securing a digital nomad visa or relocating to the US. Plus, companies can now manage visa support for all workers—across their own entities and Deel’s—on a single platform, streamlining immigration between their global offices.
Now supporting all workers, with or without a Deel contract
Having processed thousands of visas for our clients’ employees, we’ve refined our visa application process to be incredibly user-friendly. Now, we’re expanding this service to everyone. Whether you’re looking to secure a digital nomad visa in Spain or permanent residency in Argentina, Deel Immigration is now available to all workers—with or without a Deel contract. We support digital nomad visas in nine countries: Portugal, Spain, Greece, Canada, Japan, Argentina, Colombia, Italy and the UAE. Additionally, we offer options for permanent residency, including the R Visa in Colombia, EB-1A and EB-2 NIW in the US.

Work From Anywhere
Immigration support for employees hired through your companies’ own entities
When we launched Deel Immigration 2 years ago, we only supported EOR-sponsored visa applications through Deel’s entities. Since then, we’ve processed thousands of visas across 50 countries—including our most recent openings in India, Argentina, and Uruguay.
Now, we’re extending our immigration services to support employees hired directly through companies’ own entities (not just Deel’s) in 20 countries. Deel clients using Deel HR or Deel Global Payroll products can now manage their team’s relocation across all entities on a single platform. This consolidation allows businesses to streamline their visa processes, providing a seamless experience for their global workforce.
End-to-end US visa applications, now digitally streamlined on the Deel platform
Until now, applying for a US visa has been manual, requiring multiple touchpoints and off-platform interactions. But no longer. Our product team has integrated the Legalpad app and process into Deel’s native platform, adding over 10 US visas and creating the most comprehensive HR, payroll, and immigration software solution.
With Deel, the entire US visa journey is now fully digital. It’s all managed within our platform, from eligibility checks to intake forms and application tracking: no more juggling emails, side forms, or document uploads to Google Drive. Everything you need is on Deel.
Easily access all related application information—from form submission and costs to timelines and case manager updates—in one place. Schedule meetings with your case manager in one click, ensuring support is always just minutes away. Once the visa is approved, securely store it on the platform for easy access and stay compliant with automated renewal reminders.
Introducing new mobility partnerships with Heart Relocation and The Build Fellowship
At Deel, we believe that the immigration journey doesn’t end with a visa. The relocation process can be complex and stressful for your employees, so we’ve partnered with Heart Relocation to offer a comprehensive solution. With global coverage in over 110 countries, Heart Relocation helps manage every stage of the move—from furniture and home search to school placement and tax support.
The US H-1B lottery has become more competitive in recent years. In 2024, the success rate dropped to just 11%, making securing visas for skilled international talent harder. To address this, we’re partnering with The Build Fellowship to offer a cap-exempt H-1B program with a 99% approval rate. This allows your new hires to start within 8-12 weeks, smoothly transitioning into full-time roles, so you can quickly onboard the skilled workers you need.
