Hiring independent contractors on Deel

Hiring independent contractors is the most cost-effective way to hire talent globally. However, navigating local compliance can be tricky and is often overlooked.

That's where Deel comes in, backed by an expert network of 150+ law and accounting firms worldwide. We help you navigate local regulations easily, create dynamic localized contracts, collect compliance documents based on your teammates' setup, criminal background checks, automate invoicing, and collect tax forms (W-8BEN/E, W-9, and file 1099-MISC), enabling the whole team to keep everything in one system of record.

On top of that, in 2020 we will introduce various benefits for contractors, which will make them on par with their employee counterparts. For example, they will have access to products such as health insurance at a 30%+ discount!

Hiring full-time employees on Deel

In some cases, an employment relationship is necessary. We support hiring full-time employees in over 80+ countries, either via our own structures or experienced partners in different regions that have been in the market for over 15 years. All that at a competitive industry pricing.

How do payments happen on Deel?

We want to give our users the best payment experience. Payments on Deel are two-fold, which offers both parties the flexibility to choose how they want to pay/be paid.
A client processes one mass payment in a click (in multiple currencies and pay-in methods), which then appears on contractors' balances. Then, the contractors choose how they are paid: the amount, withdrawal method, and currency. There are 15 methods and 100 currencies to choose from!
The best part? This flow significantly reduces the transaction costs because local payments are a lot cheaper than USD payouts going through SWIFT bank transfers and then exchanged to local currency.

Deel is free for contractors

Deel doesn't charge contractors; the contractor only covers the transaction costs (if they occur). All fees are broken-down on Deel before the withdrawal is confirmed, giving the contractor the option to choose the best option for their specific case.

Deel pricing for companies

Our monthly fee starts at $49 per active contract to companies. For 50+ contractors, a special quote can be requested.

For full-time employees, the pricing differs per country. In countries like the UK, Canada, and a few others our solution starts at $449. In the rest of the world, it's always below $849.
