Driving choice and flexibility within the HR industry
The HR landscape is particularly fragmented, with some companies balancing hiring offerings with dozens of custom integrations in areas like onboarding and payroll. It’s no wonder that modern HR stacks have become complex. And instead of trying to help simplify this problem, some tech companies have reverted to a ‘walled garden’ approach where they lock customers into their suite and only allow them to work with chosen vendors.
Deel’s approach is different. We’re committed to driving choice in the industry. That’s why we’re launching new white label and reseller programs that will unlock growth and revenue potential for our customers and partners, while also making it easier to customize the HR and payroll experience for their teams.
White Label Solutions
Our new white label solution allows businesses to integrate Deel’s global hiring, onboarding and payroll products in their own offering, under their branding. We offer an out-of-the-box option where a company can easily add their own logo, colors and design elements to create an end-to-end solution that looks and feels like their own company. Or we can help solve more tailored needs with a customized API.
We’re already seeing huge potential of our white label program driving key growth verticals. Data labeling companies, powering the global AI revolution, need more workers and are using our white label solutions to hire and onboard quickly. Alignerr, a community of subject matter experts helping to train and label Generative AI models, recently adopted our white label solution to quickly onboard their specialists.
Handling a large volume of international contractors was time-consuming and we knew we could streamline our efforts. By white-labeling Deel Contractor, we’ve transformed our processes—automating workflows like onboarding, compliance, and payments.

Global Reseller Program
To meet the increasing demand for HR solutions that serve global teams, we’re launching a global reseller program that will allow partners to resell our payroll and HR products. Deel partners will receive discounted pricing, a custom API, in-house support and ongoing enablement as part of the program.
Current partners, EPI-USE and Multibook, have been working with Deel under this model to achieve our mission to make running a global business as easy as running a local one.
Work has gone global and there is a huge opportunity in helping companies find and implement the best payroll and HR tech to meet this new need. Deel is a true one stop shop. It’s flexible enough to help smaller businesses with hiring, onboarding and employee engagement as well as solve complex issues for enterprises who need global payroll and IT support in several countries.

Committed to choice
At Deel, we own our global infrastructure, which allows us to maintain in-house expertise and gives us complete control over our platform. This means we can interoperate with other providers and resellers seamlessly.
