What is Deel Benefits Admin?
Deel Benefits Admin is an employee benefits administration software. With easy tips and reminders, employees can build their healthcare and savings coverage. Deel Benefits Admin integrates with carriers and syncs to payroll to automate and streamline your HR benefits management.
When can I start using Deel Benefits Admin?
Deel Benefits Admin will be available in April 2025 as the back-end experience for managing Deel EOR Benefits. EOR employees will enroll through Deel Benefits Admin and clients of Deel EOR will use Deel Benefits Admin to view the benefits employees have enrolled in. Deel Benefits Admin will also be available to select Global Payroll clients. If you're interested in enrolling, speak to your Customer Success Manager about opting in. Access to the plan configurator will become available in Fall 2025 to clients of Deel US Payroll and Deel PEO in the United States. Global access to Benefits Admin will be available to all clients in 2026.
How does Deel Benefits Admin connect to my insurance carriers?
Deel Benefits Admin uses Noyo, an API-powered connector, to send employee-level enrollment status to insurance carriers. Automatic syncing is available to the following employee benefits providers: UnitedHealthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Anthem, Cigna, Humana, Principal, Guardian, and more. Administrators simply choose the plans they'd like to offer during Open Enrollment, specify and save their brokered pricing and contributions, and employee plan selections will be synced live to those carriers.
What types of benefits can I set up?
Almost any line of coverage you can offer your workforce can be created in our configurator. Deel Benefits Admin will contain native, out-of-the-box support for medical, dental, vision, basic life, short-term disability, long-term disability, AD&D, and Flex Benefits. Our customizable benefits solution ensures each line of coverage and plan within each line of coverage will start with different fields, logic and required documents.
Which Deel products will be integrated with Deel Benefits Admin?
At launch, only Deel Employer of Record clients and employees and select clients of Deel Global Payroll will be able to access the plan configurator or enrollment experience. However, Deel US Payroll and Deel PEO clients will be able to use Deel Benefits Admin during the fall 2025 Open Enrollment period.
