How fast can I hire the new candidates I find through Deel Talent?
With our platform, you can post job requisitions and communicate with talent partners shortly after. This means you can start receiving candidate CVs in no time. Once a candidate is chosen, you can onboard your new hire as an employee or contractor without leaving Deel.
Can I add my own staffing agencies through Deel Talent?
Yes. You can invite your existing staffing agencies to join Deel Talent. They’ll go through an expedited vetting process and, once approved, we’ll onboard them on your behalf.
