Deel IT hardware support covers three main things:
- Deel will guarantee that every laptop arrives in working order. If it doesn’t, we’ll replace it ASAP and handle all the admin and insurance claims with the courier network.
- Our customer service and IT teams are also available if you need help setting up the device or diagnosing any hardware issues.
- If a laptop fails, Deel will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement, as needed.
How do device repairs work?
We collect the device and send out a loaner laptop to minimize downtime. Once the laptop is repaired, we ship it back to its owner and collect the loaner. If a laptop is faulty or damaged beyond repair, we automatically ship a replacement.
