Yes, in the US we provide both PEO (Professional Employer Organization) and US payroll.

Deel Global Payroll implementation doesn’t involve third-parties, which accelerates our end-to-end process compared to other payroll providers.

We can set-up payroll within 10 days. The steps are:

  1. Kick-off meeting between Deel and client stakeholders to discuss payroll requirements and align on desired go-live dates for each country entity
  2. Discovery call about payroll setup and migration for each entity
  3. Payroll system configuration and integration build
  4. Personalized training and QA testing to ensure a smooth transition
  5. Launch and go-live

Because Deel doesn't deal with third party providers for global payroll in 100++ countries, our implementation process is much quicker than any other provider.
